'The Missing' Season 2: Things You Need To Understand About The BBC Drama

"The Missing" Season 2 is a story that would certainly be a nightmare if it is to happen in real life. Losing a daughter in such a way as the show could make one lose his mind. We can't blame the 5 million viewers to whine when it's not easy to understand the plot.

The worst part did not stop there. The missing daughter played by Alice Webster returns in a zombie-like state - but there's a suspicion that she's not the same who disappeared from the military base in Germany where the family lives in "The Missing."

David Morrissey and Keeley Hawes are the parents of Alice Webster, who goes missing in from a British Camp where her father in "The Missing" is based at somewhere in Germany. Settings transcend from one venue to the other.

She was perceived dead in the first series but when "The Missing" returns the second time, she also comes back in a different persona. The complexity of the story can be explained well because the man of the family is a military man - and the story revolves around the family, according to Daily Mail.

Sam is a staff sergeant in the Great Britain's Army who is devastated by his daughter's disappearance and when Alice returns, he does not want to let go of her anymore. Let alone trouble her with any kind of discomforts or interrogations.

It is somewhat like a roller coaster ride says French actor Tcheky Karyo, who takes on the role of detective Julien Baptiste in "The Missing" Season 2. He is certain that the current episode is challenging for the viewers. It will glue them into their seats.

Alice is a very disturbed teenager who is ready to cause harm to whoever will be blocking her way. It is interesting to note that another girl, Sophie Giroux, who is a French school girl was also abducted, the same time as Alice.

DNA test could have determined right away if the one who reappears is really Alice - but the father is too overprotective with her plight that he does not want her bothered anymore. How long can they tolerate Alice? It received good rating despite some people saying that they got lost in the scenario based on The Good Find rating poll.
