'The Tale of Thomas Burberry' News: Trailer Out And It's What All Fans Have Been Waiting For; Watch It Here! [Video]

Right after Halloween, the world's preparing for Christmas and Burberry had made it easier for everyone.

The Chief Creative and Chief Executive Officer of Burberry wanted to celebrate their 160th anniversary by telling a story of the man behind the brand.

Burberry, a British luxury brand, has been consistent on their Christmas campaign. The brand did it again with a three-minute clip of "The Tale of Thomas Burberry."

The short film is full of stories of innovation, true love, love affair, and adventure. For a three-minute clip, it surely needs an Oscar, as Vogue puts it.

Directed by the Academy Award winning Asif Kapadia, he envisioned the story of Thomas Burberry as someone who's as passionate and innovative.

Domhnall Gleeson stars as the designer and inventor and is paired with his fictional love, Sara, played by Sienna Miller.

Sir Ernest Shackleton, someone real in the story, is played by Dominic West. Ernest Shackleton was the one which Thomas Burberry outfitted for an Antarctic expedition. The other love interest of the designer was Bett Dawson, played by Lily James.

Though some of the parts of the clip aren't entirely accurate, it's still one of the best Christmas campaigns to date. After all, paying tribute to the mind who invented gabardine in the most cinematic way is one of the best ways to honor him, GQ highlights.

It's also very informative. It gives the fans a glimpse of the accomplishments of Thomas Burberry in the different fields during his time.

It also showcases the reimagined events that shaped history. Especially how the designer influenced the Antarctic expedition and made a contribution to World War One.

"People come to me with their dreams," Gleeson says in the trailer, and he surely did brings their visions and dreams to life.
