Continuing on "Arrow", Diggle helps Rene to remember vital information from his time with Church. Green Arrow gets a friend of Diggle, Christopher Chance, to play "mayor" and be the "Human Target" in Church's plan to kill him. After the successful staging of his death, Oliver thanks Chance and, without knowing that Green Arrow is unaware, Chance reveals to him that Felicity now has a boyfriend, according to TVLine.
Later on "Arrow", Oliver confronts Felicity and tells her that he was hurt she didn't tell him. Felicity tells him that she doesn't know if the relationship is for "real". Their conversation was cut short when Rene finally remembers the plan of Church.
Green Arrow and his team figured out where Church is. They clashed with Church and his men with the fight leading to the end of Church. But before he goes, he warns Green Arrow that someone "much worse is coming" for him and that someone is Prometheus.
More on "Arrow", flashbacks to Green Arrow's past shows him being welcomed to the Bratva Brotherhood but not by a brother named Viktor. Viktor later sends some guys to kill Oliver but he was saved a Russian man who was revealed to be Chance in disguise.
Back to the present time, the "Arrow" episode ends with reporter Susan Williams receiving a tip. It is a photo of Oliver in a watering hole in Russian instead of being in a stranded island.
