Dad Arrested For Kidnapping His Twins – What Is The Story Behind The Act?

A father named Aaron Young accused for kidnapping his twins, was caught on Tuesday. The 24-year-old dad claimed that there was a misunderstanding and that he just wanted to be a father to his twins.

Young is Aaron, Jr. and Aerion's biological father. When the twin's mother died on Oct. 15, he claimed that it was a wake-up call for him to step up and be a dad to his kids.

In early October, Young went to Arkansas to attend his children's birthday. After the death of the children's mom, he told her family that he was going to take the kids to Sacramento to move in with his current girlfriend and youngest daughter, Fox News reported.

There had been reports, however, that the family members only allowed him to visit his 6-year-old twins. Young, taking the kids to a different state where least expected, CBS Sacramento learned.

He also claimed that he already started the legal process for the custody and had already looked at schools in Sacramento for the twins. Unfortunately, he found out that the sister of the kids' mother was also fighting for custody.

He stated that there was an attempt to bring him to the courthouse to sign some papers, but he refused. He firmly said that he would not do it.

Young, who reportedly has seven children across the country, stated that he had a good relationship with their mothers. However, he admitted that he did not pay for child support and did not have custody of any of his children.

The arrest was questioned by Young as he defends himself that he was just trying to be a dad. "How could you say I kidnapped my kids when my name is on the birth certificate and everything?" he added.

The twin's dad arrested in Creeks Edge Way, Sacramento by the U.S. Marshals on a warrant. Currently, their dad already detained at Sacramento County jail.
