Pregnant star of "House of Lies" Kristen Bell has created a totally chemical-free environment for the safety of her unborn baby.
The expecting actress revealed she has become extra conscious in choosing any skin product after she conceived her first child.
"I have been hyperaware of everything I come in contact with since I've been pregnant," the mom-to-be told People magazine. "I'm just very aware of what I am putting in my body because it is affecting someone else and that's kind of my responsibility."
To avoid the risks posed by the chemicals to her baby, the 32-year-old actress switched to natural products.
"I am working really hard at keeping everything I use very natural so the Neutrogena Naturals acne line could not have launched at a more perfect time for me," Bell added to the magazine.
However, the actress hasn't fully prepared for the baby's arrival.
"I think I'm supposed to have prepared, but I've still got a bit of time left," she said.
The mom-to-be, to make her life as a mother easy, revealed she is collecting advices and tips from experienced friends. This is the first child of Bell with fiancé Dax Shepard, who she started dating in 2007. The baby is due in spring.
Shepard and Bell, who got engaged in 2010, announced their plan to stay unmarried until the state of California made same-sex marriage legal.
Bell started her acting career as Becky Thatcher in "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" in 2001 and grabbed many awards, including Satellite Award and Saturn Award. She is currently playing the female lead role in television series "House of Lies".
