Sadie Brittle two months pregnant and yet was deeply saddened by the news that her baby had died because of ectopic pregnancy. She almost abandoned hope.
As cited on the Better Health Victoria, an ectopic pregnancy is where an embryo develops outside of the uterus, mostly in the fallopian tube. Most cases of the said pregnancy, the fetus dies.
In a report on the The Daily Mail, three months later, Mrs. Brittle was surprised that she was carrying her dead baby's twin in spite of her ectopic diagnosis. Mrs. Brittle lives in Tamworth in the UK. Mrs. Brittle collapsed in the hair salon where she recently works and the little boy, Teddie, the second baby that was born via caesarean last week was found. She was obliged to take three months leave after the incident for her to rest.
Little did Mrs. Brittle know that her fallopian tube had ruptured because of the embryo inside her. Lately, she observed that her stomach is becoming swollen and growing. She tried to substantiate it with a pregnancy test and pronounced what everyone said that it's impossible.
They decided to take a family holiday in Spain with her husband and four-year-old daughter, Summer and let Mrs. Brittle take a break from the predicament she is experiencing recently.
The case of having two embryos embedded in the uterus and fallopian tubes is very infrequent. These only means one thing, that Teddie is still alive and breathing inside the mother this whole time.
Based on the doctors of Mrs. Britte, the reason why Teddie was missed during her routine scans was her massive internal bleeding that the surgical removal of the first embryo caused to her.
According to Mr. Brittle, that the pregnancy of her wife was like a roller coaster and everything that could've happened, actually happened.
