The company announced via Twitter that next week, August 5, they will be streaming their latest Active Time Report. The broadcast will start at 9:00 am PDT or 12 noon EDT and fans can watch the live event on Twitch, according to GameSpot.

Here are the top five things we know about the game and its involvement in the upcoming GamesCon.

1. "Final Fantasy XV" will have a big presence at the upcoming GamesCon next week.

According to GameSpot, the game is expected to have a major showing and that Square Enix is planning to showcase new and never-before-seen gameplay footage during the event. For sure, fans can't wait to see this.

2. The event promises fun and participation from its audiences.

GameRant reports that Square Enix partnered with YouTubers for a live Let's Play demonstration. The said activity will feature cosplayers representing the "Final Fantasy 15" characters. Isn't that exciting? Moreover, gamers will also have the chance to play the "Final Fantasy XV" demo at the company's booth, according to Latinos Post.

3. Fans can ask questions directly to Square Enix development team.

The people behind the design and logic of the game will also be around during the event, and fans are given the opportunity to ask questions and get answers straight from the development team. This event is scheduled on Saturday, August 8.

4. The team wants to embrace Western gamers and welcomes feedback from players.

Phil Roger, Square Enix CEO of the Americas and Europe, told Examiner.com, "I mean Final Fantasy 15 has been a really great project for us and when you talk to Tabata-san, he really wants to embrace the Western gamers. He knows how important they are and the feedback he's soliciting is from fan events and group discussions."

5. Release date remains a secret.

It has been years and the company is still mum about the release date of "Final Fantasy 15." However, according to Christian Today, the game will possibly be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One next year. We hope this is true and that waiting for the release will be over in 2016.
