Jamie-Lynn Sigler is pregnant. The 31-year-old actress-singer confirmed expecting her first child with baseball player Cutter Dykstra, son of former Major League Baseball center fielder.
"She couldn't be more excited!" a source told People magazine.
Close friends and well-wishers of the expecting actress came forward on Twitter and participated in the actress' joy.
"Finally the world knows my bestie is having a baby! Love u," actress Joanna Garcia, who is expecting a baby girl with husband baseball player Nick Swisher, wrote.
"Congrats !! Welcome to the baby club," actor Joey Fatone wrote.
Later, the mom-to-be thanked her well-wishers and friends for their support and wishes.
"Thank you to everyone for all the sweet messages. We are so excited to be able to share the news of this incredible blessing. :) !!" she wrote Feb. 12.
Sigler, who shot to fame as a TV actress through her role in the 1997 HBO TV series "The Sopranos", entered into a relationship with Dykstra in 2010. The couple got engaged Jan. 28, 2013.
"So this just happened....❤❤ ," wrote Sigler, sharing her happiness with her Twitter followers by sharing a photo which showed her engagement ring.
A source close to the couple revealed the couple was very happy to get engaged: "Jamie couldn't be happier. Cutter is the perfect guy for her," a source told Us Weekly after the couple got engaged. "Although they have only been together for a year, they both know that this is it for both of them. They are both on cloud nine as are their families and friends."
