Phaedra Parks is going to have another boy.
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star revealed the gender of her second child to In Touch magazine recently.
"I will be having another little boy!" Parks told the magazine.
The news comes just opposite to Parks' earlier wish to have a baby girl for the second time and fulfill her son's wish to have a sister.
"He keeps saying, 'I want a sister,'" Parks told Huffington Post.
During the chat with In Touch, she also revealed fighting with a life-threatening condition known as placenta previa during her second pregnancy.
"Doctors have diagnosed me with placenta previa, which means I need to be careful this time around because I can't have a vaginal birth," she told In Touch.
Placenta previa is a complication of pregnancy in which the placenta grows in the lowest part of the uterus and covers all or part of the cervix, leading to internal bleeding. Like Parks, reality TV star Tori Spelling was in the news recently for her fight with placenta previa during her fourth pregnancy.
Instead of all these troubles, Parks is still ready to try her luck for the third time to have a baby girl.
"I would entertain a third child, but I would have to guarantee that it was a little girl. I think that would be plenty after that," she told In Touch, adding, "I'm just super excited for this baby to get here!"
The baby is due in May.
Parks married Nida, a personal trainer, in 2009 and gave birth to her son the following year. The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star announced her second pregnancy in December 2012.
