The awaited updates for Bethesda's video game, "The Elder Scrolls 6" is here. After the success of "The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition," the new version will be set on a Black Marsh Argonia map and a more advanced artificial intelligence in it.
Bethesda game director Tood Howard revealed during the E3 2016 that they will rely on the new technology and having hopes on the "The Elder Scrolls" fanatics.
Last Nov. 11 marks the fifth year anniversary of the Skyrim franchise. So it is timely for the a great update to not upset the fans on "The Elder Scrolls 6" and would increase the ratings of the game.
According to Trusted Reviews, many people would want many improvements in "The Elder Scrolls 6" especially when it comes to the game's artificial intelligence. Some media outlets also point out that new Elder Scrolls could do way better.
Even with the success of the game, it still has flaws. Reviews indicate that artificial intelligence in the game remains mediocre in a sense that the NPC (non-player characters) do not interact flawlessly with the main characters in the game.
In the previous version of "The Elder Scrolls 5," players do certain acts like looting and destruction but do not encounter any significant consequences. As Digital Spy noted, almost all video games use artificial intelligence but "The Elder Scrolls" haven't yet used it to its full potential.
Let's just hope for the genuine improvement on the game and it could be experienced in "The Elder Scrolls 6." Though Howard promised an improved artificial intelligence in the game, he also revealed at the E3 2016 that the technology they will be using is yet to exist.
Hopefully, "The Elder Scrolls 6" will be released by the end of 2018 and realistically by at most year 2020. Fans out there, what are your thoughts on these updates for "The Elder Scrolls 6"?
