Ever wondered how other "NBA 2K17" players have infinite VCs on their pocket? Well, virtual pocket that is. But before even begin to say it is a product of cheat engines and all that stuff hanging all over the internet; know that this has nothing to do with it.
This megaton of virtual currencies on "NBA 2K17" have something to do with the so-called 'NBA glitch' that has not been patched ever since it was released back in September. To do this trick, all players need to do is a bit of patience and timing and a venue to spend all these VCs.
There are actually many ways to earn lots and lots of VCs. While many depend on how much VCs they can get from simple clicks via cheat engines, this has already been known to the "NBA 2K17" developers. As such, players caught using cheat engines suffered minor to severe penalties ranging from soft ban to permanent bans.
For these two tricks, these are still the safest ways to get you rolling and paying for whatever things you want to dress up your favorite player. Take note, none has yet reported having been banned for more than 15 minutes. So if you want to take your chances, you may scroll down further.
The Infinite VC technique
As posted on CheatCC.com, there are two ways to achieve at least 400 VCs without even having a sweat of playing an entire game. First on the menu gives 400 VCs. Just select 'Play Now' on the main menu; go to 'Play Now Online' and then choose a Tier 5 team. The trick is to wait until it shows the jump ball animation and before the tip begins, quit the game entirely.
It is your choice whether to do a reset or simply close the game app from the system menu. After entering back NBA 2K17, you get instant 400 VCs. Try doing this until you reach desired amount.
The second trick is to do the same process but this time, choose a Tier 4 team. During the jump ball, do not attempt to get the ball. Once the opponent has the ball, immediately foul the player, hit pause before exiting the game. This gives you 500 VCs.
Note that players can only do this trick twice, after which "NBA 2K17" app needs to be closed entirely before opening again. That's an easy 1,000 VC! This trick can get you soft banned but some who already did the trick said they haven't been banned for more than 15 minutes.
By the way, as posted on iSportsTimes.com, should you accidentally got the ball during jump ball, immediately shoot it to your court. Once the opponent got the ball, time to foul and follow the same steps.
