Stress is the most talked and heard phenomenon these days. It's no doubt that the rapidly transformed world where technology has been pushed to the limit, and a cab-drive is available to you at the click of a button has eased life a lot but may have done so more than was required. 50 years ago, one could not even have imagined that there'll be a time when children will be having and dealing with the stress of their own. Who knew? There's always a lot rambling on a child's mind today. At times they feel reluctant to talk about it with anyone. In such events, books have been proven to help.

According to Mountain Xpress, a former graphic designer initiated a book for children to enhance their positivity by creating a bubble of thoughts with positive names. Kerry Bobber has introduced a series of books to reduce stress in children. These thought bubbles are called POOFAS. Each poofa is different in characteristic and expect to have a different impact on children respectively.

The creator of the book has a view that all the poofas have powers like bravery, confidence, friendliness and creativity and enhances the capabilities as mentioned above in the reader. Little kids are finding this series very helpful and encouraging and sharing their poofa stories.

According to KJ News Wire, Amazon has also shown increase in selling books that help children to release their stress. The idea of altering the way and behaviors of young children who are always under pressure is pleasantly encouraged. Such books have little stories and characters with drawings and pictures to stabilize their emotions. Healthy habits are seen in forms of characters. Children always understand those things better which are displayed in front of them; they should be encouraged to engage in such activities.
