Daycare Being Sued By The Mother Of the 11-Month-Old Baby That Was Left Unattended

The mother of an 11-month-old baby is suing Heart to Heart Learning Center, in Florida, for leaving her child unattended. A boiling water fell on top of NathanielEloi, the baby, causing him to have severe burns all over his body.

The staff of the daycare center lied to EstaniaEloi, the mother of the baby when she asked about the burns on her baby's body and did not even call 911 when they saw the burns. She said that she could not believe that they did it to her baby and they're not trying to help her out according to an article on MOMMYPAGE.

The daycare worker of the Heart to Heart Learning Center told Estania to go to the hospital because Nathaniel had a fever and said she didn't have got the chance to see the other side of his face.Eloi claims that the daycare lied about the baby having a fever and conveniently covered one side of his face before sending him home. She understands that accidents happen however they didn't even try on helping him.

EstaniaEloi took Nathaniel to St. Mary's Hospital but was immediately airlifted and was brought to Jackson Memorial Burn Center in Miami to get an emergency treatment for second-degree burns.

She is now suing the daycare center and arguing that the staff failed to follow the safety protocols by leaving her son unattended and allowing him to go near the warm bottle with boiling water.

Jason Williams, Esq., Law Office of Lewis and Williams said that we should protect the little ones the most for they are defenseless and cannot speak for themselves.

In a CBS12 article, EstaniaEloi has a message for the parents of young infants. She said that they should watch and look at their children carefully if there were any differences when they went to school and when they arrived at home.
