Bethesda confirmed a couple of days ago that "The Elder Scrolls 6" will definitely happen, citing it will also be released in Nintendo Switch. However, the company announced that "TES 6" is not their top priority as of the moment.
In a report held by the Gamespot, Todd Howard of Bethesda said that he was fond of playing the Nintendo Switch when he was able to test it. From there, Howard mentioned that they would probably make "The Elder Scrolls 6" and will eventually release it on Nintendo Switch as well.
Todd Howard added that they are going to support the Nintendo Switch as they are listed to be one of the partners of Nintendo. The Skyrim is still not yet confirmed for on the Nintendo Switch, though Howard mentioned that "The Elder Scrolls 6" may release in the hybrid console.
On the other hand, some hints and expected "The Elder Scrolls 6" features were discussed by the International Business Times. It has been said the settlement building is a good feature to add up since it was featured in Fallout 4 that Bethesda also developed.
Capturing animals in "TES 6" would be great too as several fans also demand it. The idea seemed to come up due to the fact that it was animal capturing was also from Fallout 4. Fans want a total freedom in "The Elder Scrolls 6" as far as everybody wants. Building settlements and camps while stocking some resources would be very realistic.
However, Bethesda announced a day ago that "The Elder Scrolls 6" is not on their priority list right now as the Game Rant reported. Todd Howard, the man who mentioned about the probabilities of "The Elder Scrolls 6" is the same man who confirms that there are no active developments for the game as of the moment.
Fans are just too excited and were overwhelmed by the news about "The Elder Scrolls 6" that they carried away with lots of rumors. As of today, Bethesda is currently working on some other projects and fans need to wait for further details of the development of "TES 6."
