Shiri Appleby Shows off Big Baby Bump on Twitter

Shiri Appleby cannot wait to be a mother. The "Roswell" actress, while getting ready to welcome her first baby with fiancé, chef Jon Shook, showed off her big baby bump by posing in a bikini and sharing it with her fan and followers on Twitter.

"T minus 20 days!"" she wrote March 1, after posting the photo.

Fans and followers expressed their support and well-wishes to the expecting actress.

"Awww u look lovely and glowing!!!"" one of the messages read.

As the couple had earlier revealed their plans to keep the gender of their baby a surprise, some followers took the opportunity to predict the baby's gender.

"Your glowing. Its gotta be a boy! Girls suck the beauty out of their moms lol!! Best of luck!" one of the well-wishers, while commenting on the photo, wrote.

Appleby got engaged to her boyfriend of two years Shook in July 2012. The couple confirmed pregnancy in December 2012.

"Thank you for all the well wishes! We can't wait to meet our little Baby Shook!" the mom-to-be, while confirming the baby news, wrote on her Facebook account.

On Jan. 27, Appleby celebrated her pregnancy with close friends at Shook's Animal restaurant in Los Angeles.

During a chat with Us Weekly, Appleby revealed the caring and support which she received from Shook after becoming pregnant, helping to strengthen their relationship.

"When you see this guy going to all the doctor's appointments with you and you tell him you're feeling a certain way and two minutes later he's looked it up on the Internet to tell you that it's normal, you realize that you're really starting a family with somebody," she told Us Weekly, "and it's just -- there's no way to look at that person and not be more in love."

Appleby, who started acting at the age of 4, has appeared in "Cheerios" and "M&M" advertisements. Apart from television series and films, she has also acted in music videos.
