It has been a red hot start for the Los Angeles Clippers in the current NBA season. One player who is making it happen is Blake Griffin, who may have some funny acts on shows and commercial but serious inside the court.
In an interview with USA TODAY Sports, Blake Griffin said basketball is obviously his main thing but he really enjoy doing stuffs that go outside his comfort zone. Just recently, he did a show in Montreal for the "Just For Laughs" Festival and admitted that it was terrifying. He got scared with a small audience and a remotely big show. However, Griffin takes this as an opportunity to grow as a better person. This helps him figure things out and have confidence in himself.
It has not always been a fun situation for the Clippers power forward. He had a left quadriceps injury that made him sideline late in December last year, also had a fight with a team employee at a Toronto restaurant that made his injury worse. It did end his campaign for the 2015-2016 midway the first-round playoff series against Portland Trail Blazers, these are some of the darkest days of Griffin's seven years of NBA career.
With Griffin's effort to heal in the summer, his offseason stretch came up with a good result. The improvement gives back Griffin's ability to be great and bring the hope of the Clippers back. Blake is turning back to the All-Star Level of production with 21.9 points, 9.3 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game.
The Clippers are now on the winning roll and the top seed in the Western Conference with a 13-2 win-lose record. They are looking great and are back to title contenders. Share your on how Blake Griffin is carrying this team on the comment section.
