The country singer LeAnn Rimes stirred netizens when she tweeted about a big announcement she is about to spill on Tuesday, August 11.
According to Just Jared, the "I Need You" singer was holding her husband Eddie Cibrian's arm when the pair arrived at LAX Aiport on Monday, August 3, after the singer returned from her weekend concert. The following day she wrote, "Very excited! So many announcements starting Aug 11!! #greattimesahead," which intrigued many as to what her upcoming announcements would be. Some wondered if the singer-actress would finally confirm the rumors about her pregnancy.
However, just several weeks ago, LeAnn flaunted her bikini body without any trace of a baby bump, according to Celebrity Dirty Laundry. Rimes and Cibrian were spotted hanging out by the pool in Miami, Fla., on July 19, and the singer was as sexy as ever. Her figure does not coincide with the speculations that she is pregnant. However, Eddie was noticeably holding a drink while Rimes was not seen drinking any alcohol.
The couple used to have a reality show on VH1 titled, "LeAnn & Eddie," but after its first season with eight episodes, it was cancelled and Rimes was rumored to be pregnant, according to GossipExtra. VH1 confirmed to Us Weekly that the show was cancelled after one season.
The series, which premiered July last year, showcased the controversial meet-up of Rimes, 32, and Cibrian, 42, who made headlines for getting together despite being still married to Dean Sheremet and Brandi Glanville respectively, according to the report.
In the show, Rimes insisted that she was not a homewrecker and promised fans that they would understand their situation by watching the series. "This show gave us an opportunity to take back our lives in a way and show a different side of us than what people really believe," Rimes explained on its premiere episode.
The actress admitted that when they became an item, it was quite uncomfortable, but she just laughed about it, saying, "I would say probably 85 percent of it was completely inaccurate or just complete blatant lies," Courier-Post reports
"So yeah, it is hard to watch and read and see all that stuff about yourself. But it's made me grow, it's made both of us better human beings, which I think was my lesson in all of this. So if I can take that away from (the series), I'm almost thankful for it," said the "How Do I Live"singer.
Rimes will be revealing her big announcement today. If it is about her rumored pregnancy or something else, let's see.
