And the court finally decided to smack Williams again with another suspension for violating the league's substance-abuse policy.

Quad City Times reported that Pittsburgh Steelers running back Williams had his first suspension with four game suspension in 2016. It happened when the former fifth-rounder was still a member of the Bills back in July.
