Brad Pitt: Cleared of Child Abuse Allegation; Who’s Going To Have Custody Of Their Kids?

The "World War Z" star Brad Pitt has been in serious allegation regarding child abuse involving his teenage son Maddox but has been cleared by FBI of any wrongdoing. Brad Pitt might have been cleared but the biggest question is who will gain full custody of their children?

FBI has been investigating the 52 years old actor for child abuse allegations for the past two months. After the allegation was made by his wife, Angelina Jolie went on to file a divorce for the actor. The incident happened on September the day before Angelina Jolie filed for divorce according to CNN.

Brad Pitt allegedly got physical in anger when he got in a riff with his oldest son Maddox. This incident happened when the family was traveling on a private jet headed to L.A.

According to i4u, the allegations may greatly impact the couple's divorce, assets and even their custody of the children. Brad Pitt filed for joint custody for their children while Angelina Jolie filed sole custody for their children.

The FBI according to US Magazine responded to the allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children. "The FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation." A statement reads "No charges have been filed in this matter."

While the allegation has been cleared involving Brad Pitt, reports surfaced that he might not be able to celebrate with his children and Angelina Jolie this Thanksgiving. A source in Us stated that Angelina did not invite Brad Pitt to spend Thanksgiving with their kids. According to MSN news, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's complicated legal battle for the custody of their six children greatly affects how Brad Pitt can visit his children.

For the past several weeks, the six children have been staying with Angelina Jolie with supervised visitation for Brad Pitt following the Temporary Recommendation by DCFS. Brad Pitt has been very unhappy with the arrangement.

Pitt was described as "crushed" due to this circumstance. He asked the press on Tuesday to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time.
