Huawei P10 Features A New Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner, Will It Have A Dual Leica Powered Camera Like Huawei P9?

Huawei P9 debuted six months ago and currently the company is working on its Huawei P10. Huawei P9 featured the dual Leica powered camera that it became a hit to consumers and so far became the best seller unit of the Huawei Company.

Huawei P10 prototype was leaked to the public and it has a resemblance with Oppo or a Meizu MX6 according to GSMARENA. It features rounded edges and trending antenna bands design.

Huawei P10 includes home key and fingerprint scanner. Huawei P9 scanner is located at the back of the phone while the upcoming Huawei P10 is said to be located on the front side below its screen. Both models have no key at all.

The panel as well as the key holder is made by a seamless glass. This means that the key has an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Huawei P10 is presumed to be in two models- a flat front glass and a curved one that is similar to S7.

Huawei P10 is speculated to pack a 5.5 Quad HD screen and latest Kirin 960 Soc with 4 gigabytes RAM. However, there is no rumor that Huawei P10 will include second gen Leica camera that is similar to Huawei P9.

Huawei P10 is set to launch in April next year. Huawei P10 first image has been posted in a Chinese microblogging site Weibo according to Tech Times. Huawei is trying to follow Samsung in issuing a non curved and curved display models.

The purpose of the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is to recognize a fingerprint even if it is wet or sweaty as it produces ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic can work in different materials so a phone maker has no issue in its compatibility.

The storage of Huawei P10 can be expanded using a Micro SD. There is a rumor that Huawei P10 camera is up to 16 megapixels.
