Presidential Candidates 2016: Donald Trump Wants To Deport Children of Illegal Immigrants

"They have to go." That's what the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said to Chuck Todd in an interview with NBC News.

Trump wants the huge number of illegal immigrants currently staying the United States of America deported, as well as the end of the automatic citizenship of children born to foreigners in American soil.

"We're going to keep the families together, but they have to go," Trump said in the NBC interview.

In his campaign to "Make America Great Again," the business mogul has pinpointed various principles in a "real immigration plan" - three to be exact - that he has laid down, written in a full paper policy on his website.

1. A nation without borders is not a nation.
2. A nation without laws is not a nation.
3. A nation that does not serve its own citizens is not a nation.

Following these principles, Trump demands that first, Mexico must pay for the "wall" that would establish the southern border.

"For many years, Mexico's leaders have been taking advantage of the United States by using illegal immigration to export the crime and poverty in their own country," the Trump campaign paper reads.

The effects of the illegal immigration that has been happening for years have been costly. U.S. taxpayers had to foot the bill in healthcare, education and welfare costs, among others. Also, job seekers have had a harder time, most especially Black Americans.

Immigrants have also been reportedly involved in the immigration crime wave, whilst earning at the cost of Americans, per Breit Bart.

The campaign further states that Mexico must pay for the wall, and until they do, the United States will take necessary action.

"We will not be taken advantage of anymore," they add.

Based on the principles, Trump also campaigns for the defense of the Constitution of the United States.

Trump wants to "triple the number of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) officers," and adds more measures that will address the overstaying and illegal entry of immigrants in the country.

He also wants to end the automatic citizenship given to kids of foreigners born in the country.

"They have to go," the Associated Press reports Trump saying, "What they're doing, they're having a baby. And then all of a sudden, nobody knows...the baby's here."

"Laws passed in accordance with our Constitutional system of government must be enforced," the paper reads.

Lastly, in the paper, Trump says that he would "Put American workers first."

Trump is campaigning to prioritize unemployed Americans, those who lost job opportunities to immigrants who are employed in the country.

"Any immigration plan must improve jobs, wages and security for all Americans," the policy reads.
