THQ Nordic has just released the "Darksiders" Warmaster Edition a day ago, and it will feature the 4K resolution. The game was originally set for release last October, eventually delayed and moved yesterday.
The "Darksiders" Warmaster Edition changes are mainly in the resolution itself, where the 4K resolution was confirmed to release in PC versions. As per the Nerd Much, 4K resolution is also available on PlayStation 4 Pro.
THQ Nordic confirmed the 4K feature on the PC before the game's release. The 4K resolution's availability on PS4 Pro was announced during the first day of the "Darksiders" Warmaster Edition release, which was yesterday.
"Darksiders" was developed by Vigil Games and was first seen last 2010. The game received several positive reviews and earned a high score from the game critics since the release.
"Darksiders" features a very common gameplay, where it was being labeled as a combination of Devil May Cry and God of War, but with some added features and unique storyline. After playing and beating the game, hint of a sequel follows.
The game was followed by "Darksiders" II after 2 years. According to the True Achievements, the first game offers a more linear gameplay where the story needs to be pushed forward in order to move, unlike the "Darksiders" II, the hack and slash gameplay was combined with the open-world feature, weapon and armor crafting along with a massive quest.
Though the "Darksiders" 2 titles were a great hit in the market, fans got frustrated as no information about the sequel is available. As of today, THQ Nordic, now known as the Nordic games, confirmed they are working a new game called Elex which is a sci-fi open-world game along with the upcoming Aquanox: Deep Descent.
