Mariah Carey And Her Strict Diet: The Singer Only Eats Two Food; ‘It’s The Worst,’ She Says

Mariah Carey is reportedly working on a diet which she revealed to be very difficult to follow. The "Hero" singer is only allowed to eat two kinds of food so she is not overeating this holiday season.

Mariah is known not just for her amazing voice but for her sexy body that she flaunts every time she is seen on camera. And just recently, she spilled her juicy secret to maintaining her slim figure, the Norwegian salmon and capers.

It may be surprising that the "My All' singer only eats Norwegian salmon and capers to keep her physique but she was serious when she told E! News about her diet. "It's really hard. My diet, you would hate it," Mariah said in report from E! News.

"All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That's it," the "Butterfly" singer continued. The song artist also made it clear that she was not kidding and that the diet works for her.

"I'm actually serious," Mariah laughingly revealed. "I try to stick with the proteins. It's the worst," she added.

Meanwhile, in a separate report from E! News the "Without You" singer talked about her recent breakup with former fiancé James Packer. She revealed that working on music helped her move on and referred to it as her "saving grace."

Mariah was also asked whether it was difficult for her to relive the moments in her show "Mariah's World" where she was seen making wedding plans to which she answered no. No it's just, you know, all things in life it's just like you gotta see what's meant to be and if it's meant to be it's meant to be and if it's not then ultimately you just have to accept that and move on," explained Mariah according to E! News.
