'The Man from U.N.C.L.E' Actor Henry Cavill Wants A Family: 'I Haven't Found The Right Girl'

"The Man from U.N.C.L.E." star Henry Cavill may have landed some of the most coveted roles in Hollywood, but being a husband and father in real life remains a dream for him.

The 32-year-old actor, who is also known as the latest actor playing Superman, acknowledges that he's been lucky in his career. But, he also knows that the next step is to have a family.

"I couldn't be happier right now. Things are fantastic. I've got so much opportunity, I feel very fortunate," the actor told OK! Magazine, according to TV3. "I mean, the next stage is finding a wife and getting kids - not getting them, having them hopefully," Cavill said.

He revealed that the right girl is still elusive. Moreover, the star admitted that it may be tougher to have a girlfriend now because of the demands of his career.

He has some ideas about the type of woman he would like to spend the rest of his life with, though. "I'm looking for someone who is my age and will have a career," he said. "Understanding and compromise are the biggest things and just being secure, being confident in yourself."

Meanwhile, Cavill disclosed how he is preparing for his stunts for movies like "Man of Steel" and "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice." The hunky star said that sex is the best cardio workout to keep his body fit. Speaking with Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show," he sheepishly said that he tries to get this exercise, to which Fallon remarked that it does "burn a lot of calories."

Cavill used to be with 21-year-old Marisa Gonzalo, but the couple split in Feb. 2015, according to E! Online. Before Marisa, the actor was dating Gina Carano in Sept 2012. Their relationship briefly hit a snag the following summer, only to get back together again in Oct 2013. They officially broke up the following year.

Cavill also had a brief fling with actress Kaley Cuoco in 2013. The two were together only for 12 days, Entertainment Weekly reported. According to Crushable, Cuoco's statements about this fling on Cosmopolitan seems to imply that the coupling was only meant as a publicity stunt.

"I had no one following me until I met Superman. I've been in this business for 20 years, and my whole life, I could go anywhere, do anything," Kaley said. "There had not been one paparazzi photo of me until like seven months ago. The recognition has been crazy."
