'Guardians of the Galaxy' News And Updates: Vin Diesel Teases Groot-Rocket Tandem Flick; Will Groot And Hulk Battle Soon?

Vin Diesel is currently promoting "xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage," and he teased that a Rocket-Groot movie might just happen after the "Infinity War." He also teased that Groot and Hulk might have a battle.

"Guardians of the Galaxy 2" will be out in theaters this 2017 and the sequel's trailer was recently released. "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" is actually a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and it might just be possible that the characters in the flick will be interacting with the other characters such as Captain America, Hulk, and Tony Stark.

The "Guardians of the Galaxy" characters will be included in "Avengers: Infinity War" but Diesel made it all the more exciting for fans that there might be future plans other than that. Comic Book reported that Diesel voices Groot for the "Guardians of the Galaxy" franchise and that he recently spoke with Screen Junkies. He shared about the possibility of a Groot-Rocket tandem flick.

Diesel shared, "I think if it's up to James Gunn, you're going to see a Groot/Rocket movie, after Infinity War. That's highly possible. We shall see." He also said that he knows that somewhere in the universe fans are going to see Groot and Hulk battle. Gunn is the director of the "Guardians of the Galaxy" franchise but he said that Hulk will not be seen in "Guardians of the Galaxy 2," Uproxx reported.

The dream of Diesel having Groot and Rocket in one movie as the main characters might not be far-fetched since the two work best together.

More on the "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" trailer that dropped over the weekend, fans got to see their all-time favorite characters setting out on a new journey. At one point, Drax the Destroyer, played by Dave Batista, was talking to Chris Pratt's Star Lord. The two were talking about the two kinds of people, those who dance and those who do not.

In the "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" trailer, the humor that fans loved from the first movie is still evident as Star Lord and Drax the Destroyer tried to hug things out but the former character initially refused it. Towards the end of the trailer, Rocket and Groot were also seen shooting through a wall and smiling at the camera.
