According to This Gen Gaming, the actual ending of the limited Xbox and PC-exclusive "Dead Rising 4" will come out next year through a DLC that gamers will have to buy. In previous "Dead rising" games, the "overtime" mode reveals the game's canonical ending and will be available when the player gets the best possible ending of the main game.
Unlike previous games of the franchise, "Dead Rising 4" for Xbox and PC removes a number of key features that many fans of the "Dead Rising" games are have come to love, one of these features include the timer in campaign mode. Because of this, the game has received several negative responses from critics who got to play the game ahead of the December 6 launch but still has a good review overall.
According to VG24/7, "Dead Rising 4: Deluxe Edition" for Xbox and PC is available for Pre-order and will come with a season pass. The season pass will include weapons, a mini-game, and the "Dead Rising 4: Frank Rising" DLC.
The Season pass will include holiday-themed weapons, zombies, and costumes. A multiplayer mini-golf game will also come in the season pass, and players will be able to play 18-holes with up to three friends online using Frank West's best weapons.
Finally, the season pass will give gamers access to the "Frank Rising" DLC. In the DLC, Frank West is infected by the zombie virus will have a limited time to search for a cure before he turns into a zombie. While searching, frank will discover that zombies are getting smarter and that the military is planning to wipe out Willamette. "Dead Rising 4: Deluxe edition" will cost $79.99, and the standard edition will cost $59.99.
