Eating a handful of nuts every single day lowers your risk of dying early and getting any heart disease. Researchers used about 20 other prospective types of research related to nuts and eventually found the differences that it made with people who are consuming it a lot and those who only eat a few. Individuals who ate a lot of nuts on a regular basis were 29 percent less likely to suffer from a coronary heart disease.
It has also reduced their risk of getting cancer by 15 percent. Bottomline is that the more you eat nuts every day, the less you could get sick, and your body could stay away from those known deadly diseases. According to BMC Medicine, the lead scientist for this study, Dagfinn Aune, said that higher consumption of nuts could lessen the presence of triglycerides and could lower cholesterol in the blood. Dr. Aunne continued to explain that nuts are rich in fiber, polyunsaturated fats and are also good antioxidants, which is why they are perfect for those who are suffering from high blood pressure.
