The newest trailer for "Persona 5" has been revealed by Atlus introducing the English voice character of Haru Okumura. The Japanese video game company also released a video interview with Xanthe Huynh who is voicing over the character.
The trailer shows how a daughter of an affluent business man who used to be obedient would be rebellious. It shows how Haru Okumura was raised with splendor and elegance with the use of their money as if everything was already there except one- freedom. But, she is passionate about being a member of the team.
Haru Okumura used to be an obedient girl that she grew up being dictated how to think and what to do. But, she learned how to be out of her shell when she associated with the Phantom Thieves according to Gematsu. Haru Okumura is is codenamed as Noir and she is characterized as a kindhearted person who aims to make a change for the betterment of the world and for the administration of justice.
Haru Okumura feels like she is being cooped by her father as described in a report on GV247. She is already tired of that situation so she decided to get ready to be with the Phantom Thieves in "Persona 5". She doesn't want to be a subservient girl again. She wants to break free and show what more she can do to change the world.
"Persona 5" is initially set to be released on Feb. 14, 2017, but it was announced in November that it will be delayed until spring. The reason for the delay is to allow more time for the development team to add audio both in English and Japanese for a western release. It is said that it is not surprising because given that there is 50 percent more dialogue in the English script than "Persona 4 Golden". The audio will be free on PS3 and PS4.
