Spoilers for "The Fosters" season 4 episode 11 titled "Insult to Injury" have just surfaced, revealing two lives will be put in great danger. Jesus (Jake T. Austin) will be on a critical bed hospital while Callie (Maia Mitchell) got into the worst ride of her life.

According to the synopsis posted by SpoilerTV, Jesus' life is in great danger. He got seriously injured after his fight with Nick and brought to the hospital. However, while on their way to the hospital, Jesus' condition got worst and fans will see him fighting for his life even before he stepped into the hospital.

The official trailer revealed that Jesus will not die in the ambulance as he was shown on the hospital bed. Jesus appears to be in a critical condition as he looks unconscious on his hospital bed and his family looked all problematic.

The promo clip also featured a worried mother Lena (Sherri Saum), greatly affected with the critical condition of her son Jesus. The video shows Lena was praying and pleading for mercy, asking God not to dare take his son's life.

Meanwhile, Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) felt much guilt knowing she is part to be blamed for Jesus' life-threatening condition. Mariana recognizes the fact that it was through her actions that resulted to Jesus' injury.

Another lead character's life will be put in great danger. Callie took a ride with Troy without knowing her life is bound to meet great dangers too.
