Pick a meal with ingredients that have asparagus because it contains vitamin B6, fiber, folic acid, potassium and thiamin that are good to maintain a normal blood pressure. Never skip on taking prenatal vitamins because this contributes a lot to the baby's growth inside the womb. Smoking is also something that pregnant women should quit because it would only jeopardize both the mother's and the baby's health.
