Admittedly, Barbara says cooking with her three-year-old daughter is not all happy. She says that there are downsides to it. However, she says that she encourages all parents to still cook with their children.

Barbara believes that teaching children how to cook will not only be an activity that would pass the time. Cooking for her is a valuable skill that every person can use for the rest of one's life.
