Boy got 90 stitches after protecting sister from dog attack [Watch Marvel heroes reply]

On July 9, six-year-old Bridger Walker stood up to protect his sister from a charging dog. He got 90 stitches on his face after the incident. Marvel heroes, The Hulk and Captain America, could not help but reply about him being a hero.

Nikki Walker, the boy's aunt, posted on Instagram about what happened. She wrote that the dog bit his nephew several times in the head and face. Then, the little boy grabbed his sister's hand and ran away to keep her safe. The Cheyenne, Wyoming young boy later said that if there was someone who would die, it should be him.

Marvel heroes commented

In her viral post, the aunt tagged Bridger's favorite superhero actors from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Two of them have already replied to the post.

The Hulk, Mark Ruffalo, replied and wrote an encouraging comment for the little boy's heroic deed. He said that after reading the post, he wanted to reach out to Bridger. He said that the most heroic and thoughtful people are those who put the wellbeing of others first.

He said that he truly respects and admires the courage of the little boy. Ruffalo explained that real courage is not dominating people or fighting against them, adding that it is neither walking around like a tough guy.

The Hulk also said that real courage is seen when doing what you think is right, even though it might hurt you. He complimented Bridger by saying that he is more of a man than most people that he knows. Ruffalo closed with remarks indicating his admiration for the little boy.

Captain America, Chris Evans, had a conversation with Bridger saying that what he did was so brave and selfless. Evans told him that his sister is so lucky to have him as a big brother. He also said that the boy's parents must be so proud of him.

He said that he would send an authentic Captain America shield because he deserves it. Captain America said that the world needs people like him.

Walker edited her post and showed an updated one about her nephew. She wrote that Bridger is in great spirits with his awesome personality intact. She also wrote that he was grinning after reading some of their comments on the post even though he could not smile widely.

Donation to help the veterans

After the story had become viral, people asked if there is a GoFundMe page so they could help the little hero. Bridger's family asks people to donate to Mission 22 or Wounded Warrior Project if they want to donate for him. These are two organizations that help wounded veterans.
