There's only one day left until Bethesda's highly anticipated post-apocalyptic game, "Fallout 4," hits the shelves on Nov. 10. To maximize the hype and fans' excitement, videos and screenshots have been surfacing online before the video game's release. Now, a new "Fallout 4" gameplay footage has leaked online to give fans a sneak peek on the wasteland and what Bethesda has in store for eager fans.
According to a report from GameSpot, the new video, which is currently available on vid.me, showed the PlayStation 4 version of "Fallout 4" in all its glory. Another leaked video is previously available on YouTube, but considering Bethesda's persistence in removing all leaked "Fallout 4" leaked gameplay videos, it has since been released. For those who want a preview or hint on "Fallout 4," don't miss the chance to see the remaining leaked footage before it's removed.
Spanning for only 47 seconds, the leaked video shows "Fallout 4" frame rate and how it can sometimes go lower than the targeted 30 fps in some parts of the games, despite Bethesda's announcement that "Fallout 4" will run at 1080p/30fps in different gaming consoles such as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. According to the report, based on all the leaked materials that have popped up in the past, "Fallout 4's" PC version is the best visual-wise.
In an exclusive interview with iDigital Times, Todd Howard of Bethesda Game Studios talks about what fans should know about the soon to be launched "Fallout 4."
Howard revealed that "Fallout 4" fans will have a "thematic" experience. He further describes, "You are somebody that lived before this world and now you're returning to it. And how are you going to find, and get used to, the new normal. Your life has been turned over. All the people you knew, everybody is gone. And it's the experience of 'how do I survive now?' Both physically and emotionally."
Howard also disclosed that there will be emotions and nostalgia injected in "Fallout 4."
"There is and that was intentional. I don't want to spoil it,” he said. “It's a little bit more personal to your character and that you're unique to the world because you knew how it was. And so when we look at features or things we're going to do [we ask] 'how is that feeding into that idea that you're surviving?'"
Meanwhile, TechTimes reports that on Thursday, Bethesda held a "Fallout 4" launch in downtown Los Angeles, where an empty warehouse was converted to look like the wasteland. The event was attended by celebrities such as Halle Berry, Kaley Cuoco, Calvin Harris and Bloc Party.
"Fallout 4" will be released tomorrow, Nov. 10. For the meantime, here's the trailer of the game.
