Anna Duggar Says Josh Duggar's Cheating Was 'Such a Betrayal'; Duggars Still Lying About Josh's Molestation Scandal? [Rumors]

Anna Duggar is speaking up about her husband Josh's Duggar scandal, calling it a “betrayal.” In an appearance on the new Duggar spinoff on TLC titled "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," the 27-old-mom airs out her thoughts and heartbreak on her husband's infidelity, Us Weekly reports.

“It was definitely a hard thing, and I think it was such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we’re walking through -- and … it was hard,” Anna said while trying not to cry. "It was hard to realize that it was such a public thing, so not only was it a betrayal for me, but it was also a betrayal against those who call themselves Christian, because here we were as a Christian couple and everyone was able to see us get married and to vow before God to be loyal to each other. And [then] that loyalty was broken.”

Anna further revealed that Josh was his "first love," which added more salt to the wound, per Entertainment Weekly.

“Josh was my first love, my one and only," she confessed. "In the stun and shock of everything, I was just praying to God to help me respond to this."

Earlier this year, Josh broke headlines when reports confirmed that he sexually molested underage girls during his teenage years, including her sister Jill and Jessa Duggar. However, the big blow for Anna was learning that Josh was cheating behind her back. Gawker's data reveal that Josh maintained two Ashley Madison accounts and spent almost $1,000 for its cheating services. Recently, Radar Online reports that adult film star Danica Dillon sued Josh for $500,000 for manhandling and abusing her during a paid sexual intercourse.

However, despite all of this dirty laundry out in the open, are the Duggars still lying about Josh's molestation scandal?

According to The Hollywood Gossip, citing In Touch magazine, Jill and Jessa have been lying on how they and the whole family has coped up with the whole situation. In a recent teaser video for "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," Jill said that the molestation was "12 years ago and the healing process started shortly after that happened.” But In Touch argues that the family did not report Josh's wrongdoings to authorities until after 18 months.

Also, the sisters said that they underwent "several steps" to recover, but In Touch said that they did not receive any treatment only after social services dipped their hands in the investigation, scaring Jim Bob and Michele that they might lose custody of their kids.

Do you think the Duggars are not telling the whole truth about Josh’s scandal?
