Kate Hudson proudly said her kids are growing up the way she wants them to be. And she claimed the credits for it as she believes her parenting skills helped her children become healthy -- physically and emotionally.
The 36-year-old, co-star of "Kung Fu Panda 3" has stopped by at the NBC's Today on Monday, Jan.25, where she candidly talked about parenting to her two boys -- Ryder, 12 years old and Bingham, 4. "The best thing I probably do is that I'll say I'm a pretty darn good parent," the proud mom said during the interview. "I'm going to pat myself on the back. I've got good kids."
Hudson further said that her sons are growing up as great individuals, thanks to her effort and her parenting style. "Ryder's turning out to be -- I'm really super proud of him. And I had something to do with that," the actress claimed.
Hudson is indisputably a renowned actress and a successful business woman. But despite the fact, that she's an accomplished person, the mother said her sturdy parenting excels among her attributes. "I think parenting is where I feel probably my strongest," Kate said.
However, the actress holds her breath and said while grinning, "Then we get to 18. We'll see what happens."
During the interview, Hudson also revealed that she's a big fan of Denver Broncos, thanks to her idol Peyton Manning, the quarterback of the team. The actress also admitted that she's the type of a fan who jumps up and down and cheers wildly for the team she loves. "I grew up with three boys, that's what we do," she added.
"Kung Fu Panda 3" will hit theaters of the United States and China on Friday, Jan.29, where Hudson voices Mei Mei. Other stars included are Bryan Cranston, J.K Simmons, James Hong, Lucy Liu, Dustin Hoffman, Seth Rogen, Jack Black, Jackie Chan and Angelina Jolie.
