The final trailer for "Divergent: Allegiant" movie has been released a month prior to its premiere in theatres. The short clip showed more of what fans can expect in the third installment to the "Divergent" movie franchise.
"Allegiant" movie will see Tris (Shailene Woodley) and Four (Theo James) go beyond the walls of Chicago in hopes of finding answers about the world they live in. Unfortunately, it seems like the answers they were looking for are bound to surprise them.
In the recently released trailer, Tris finds out that she is the only one worth saving in their community, as she is called "perfect" while Four and the others are "damaged." Tris, however, will fight for the lives of her family and friends.
"We have to make a stand. Everybody's worth saving," Tris says.
Collider noted that "The Divergent Series: Allegiant" trailer seemed to show that there will be "massive changes in the third film." These changes may affect the final installment to the movie franchise entitled, "The Divergent Series: Ascendant."
Is this a hint that Tris makes it out alive in the end? Those who have read the books know that Tris dies in Roth's books, but fans have been raising a petition to change Tris' fate in the movies.
In a petition raised on Change.org, fans noted that "Tris should live at the end of the last Divergent movie (Allegiant Part 2). Tris and Tobias deserve to succeed and be together at the end of it all."
The petition is still 749 short of its 2,500 required signatures as of writing.
"The Divergent Series: Allegiant" opens in theatres on Mar. 18, 2016.
