Parents who plan on going to Walt Disney World with their kids can enjoy up to a 50% discount on ticket prices for their children aged three to nine years.
This comes as the Florida theme park announced the news this week that it will offer cheaper ticket prices for kids as well as other family-friendly discounts and entertainment. Parents should know that they can now purchase these discounted tickets until Sept. 20, 2025.
Disney World Offers Cheaper Kids' Tickets
The 50% discount for kids is only valid for three-day tickets or longer and will include visits to the theme park from May 27, 2025, to Sept. 20, 2025. On the other hand, adult pricing for Disney World tickets will start at 10 years old but guests who are younger than three years can get in free of charge.
Families who are planning to visit the theme park can also get a free dining plan when they buy a non-discounted four-night, four-day (or longer) package. This would include access to a room at select Disney Resort hotels as well as a ticket with a Park Hopper option, according to ABC News,
Another thing to note about Walt Disney World's discounted tickets for kids is that the offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Furthermore, those who get into the park with these tickets should be accompanied by a guest aged 14 or older.
While ticket prices at Disney vary depending on what day and the type of ticket customers buy, a three-day ticket during the last week of March and the first week of April normally goes for $164 to $167.
Fun-Filled Adventures
On top of the Park Hopper option with the latest promos, there is also a Water Park and Sports option that lets guests visit one theme park per day. This also allows them to take a certain number of visits to a water park, golf course, or miniature golf course based on the length of the ticket they bought, Today reported.
The cheaper prices come as the theme park is also planning a variety of new entertainment that would be great experiences for kids and even adults. One is having more characters roaming around the area during early entry for resort hotel guests.
Additionally, Magic Kingdom will introduce new limited-time kid zones in Tomorrowland that feature Stitch. There will also be a Goofy kid zone in CommuniCore Hall after the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, as per USA Today.
