Kobe Bryant NBA Farewell: Coach Bryon Scott Frustrated With The Lakers In Kobe's Last Few Games

Los Angeles Lakers coach Bryon Scott is frustrated with the way the team is playing during the last few games of Kobe Bryant's storied NBA career. Kobe Bryant, the legendary NBA superstar, will play the last five games of the season before finally retiring.

"It bothers me that his last five, six, seven, eight games are going to be with the way we're playing as a team," Scott told ESPN after a 103-81 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers at Staples Center on Tuesday. "And I hate to see him go out this way."

Bryon Scott seems to feel like the Lakers' performances in these last games of the season are not worthy to be Kobe Bryant's last few games in the NBA. He says that he is bothered by the Lakers' performance because Kobe Bryant is a champion.

The Los Angeles Lakers coach also commended Kobe Bryant's tenacity even in his 20th year playing in the NBA. Scott noted that Kobe Bryant deserves a better performance from the Los Angeles Lakers since he continues to play his best even after suffering broken fingers, shattered Achilles and major shoulder surgery throughout his long career.

For the 2015-2016 NBA season, the Los Angeles Lakers has the worst record in the Western Conference -- 16-62 -- and the second worst record overall in the league. Although not as good as he once was, the 37-year-old Kobe Bryant is still playing pretty good for a veteran in his 20th NBA season.

He currently averages 16.8 points per game, 3.8 rebounds per game and 2.8 assists per game in his final NBA season, according to NBA.com. Check out the highlights from the April 5 game in the video below:
