"New Americana" singer Halsey, who is enjoying the aftermath of hit single "The Feeling" with Justin Bieber, is reportedly going sweet on Jared Leto. The "Suicide Squad" method actor, who will soon be seen onscreen reliving the villainy of The Joker, was noticeable close to Halsey at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Perez Hilton raised the new couple alert over Jared Leto and Halsey looking comfortably cozy with each other at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Jared Leto walked the grounds side by side with Halsey before settling into a VIP area.
To further the buzz on the "Suicide Squad" actor possibly hooking up with the "Colors" singer, People reports that the couple were also seen watching a performance while Jared Leto had his arms around Halsey. Interestingly Halsey did not seem to mind, although some insist that the singer and Jared Leto are just good friends.
The cuddly air turned electric when Halsey took to the stage for her performance. The Coachella crowd was given an additional treat when Halsey called on Panic! at the Disco frontman Brendon Urie for a punk-pop number.
Meanwhile, Jared Leto will soon be seen giving his own performance when "Suicide Squad" hits the big screens. Jared Leto, who plays the "Suicide Squad" version of The Joker has been making the news with eccentricities resulting from his method acting.
Jared Leto reportedly feels the weight of the actors who took on The Joker before him. These actors in particular are Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger, which makes Leto all the more determined to live up to the expectations in "Suicide Squad."
Entertainment Weekly reports that Jared Leto interpreted his version of The Joker in "Suicide Squad" as someone without the boundary of rules. Jared Leto also said that his "Suicide Squad" version of The Joker is a character driven by instincts. As part of his research for The Joker, Jared Leto consulted with mental health experts and underwent physical transformation and conditioning.
"Suicide Squad" will be in theaters by August 4, 2016. Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne, Ben Affleck, Will Smith and Viola Davis are just a few of the stars who will join Jared Leto onscreen in "Suicide Squad."
