News on "Halo Wars 2" that recently surfaced are believed to have revealed details on the new game by Creative Assembly and 343 Industries.
Bitbag reports that buzz on "Halo Wars 2" point to new vehicles and units being debuted in the new game. Reddit user Erbinator posted a YouTube video showing new Mattel Mega Bloks "Halo" toys, which are believed to be the new vehicles and troops in the next iteration of the popular gaming series. The media agency proposes that the video indicates a clue on Microsoft's plans for "Halo Wars 2" in relation to "Halo" Mega Bloks.
Of these "Halo Wars 2" units are the UNSC Jackrabbit, which can be described as the Warthog bike with a rear mounted rocket launcher. Another Warthog variation for "Halo Wars 2" is a dual function anti-infantry and anti-air vehicle unit.
On the Covenant side, a new version of the Wraith can be observed. This alternative version can house infantry on either side, providing a ground unit offense and defense capabilities. Also a return of the Covenant Brute Chopper can be seen along with the UNSC Spade from "Halo: Reach."
No news has been released over whether the Prometheans will be "Halo Wars 2." Nor do news say if they will have any vehicular units if they are in "Halo Wars 2." Considering their slant on high technology, their presence is a real possibility in "Halo Wars 2" or even "Halo 6."
Forbes points out that expectations are high for "Halo Wars 2." In comparison to "Halo Wars," which fell short of delivering on a great concept. "Halo Wars 2" is currently planned to be released on Xbox One and Windows 10.
