Katy Perry guested on Sunrise last Tuesday where she divulged the full details of her recent kiss with Miley Cyrus.
Last month, the singers exchanged a brief but much-talked-about smooch during Cyrus' Bangerz tour stop in Los Angeles.
News about their kiss immediately went viral online and Perry, during her interview with Sunrise, labeled it as "scandalous."
In the video, Perry covered her face with her hands and said: "Yeah, I went to her show, which was amazing. It was very colorful. She had this one part where it's like a kiss cam. I just walked up to her to give her like a friendly, girly kiss, as us girls go. Then, she like tried to move her head and go deeper. I pulled away."
Perry, 29, added that one of the main reasons she pulled away was because she was unsure where Cyrus' tongue had been.
"We don't know, that tongue is so infamous."
Perry, who guested on the show to promote her upcoming world Prismatic tour, was surrounded by a number of live Australian animals as she spoke.
"If there's a snake staring me in the face, especially one that can eat a crocodile, that means it could eat me!" she said.
The "Roar" singer impressed the show's hosts, David Koch and Samantha Armytage, when she correctly identified a wombat. She also read the weather but struggled with the pronunciation of certain city names like Cairns and Canberra.
A fan asked Perry whether or not she had a boyfriend, to which she quipped: "All of my fans are my boyfriends." She pointed to a photo of a koala and exclaimed: "This is my boyfriend."
Just last week, rumors circulated that Perry and John Mayer have split up.
