Singer Justin Timberlake just released his latest song titled, "Can't Stop The Feeling" in a music video. The upbeat and foot-tapping number is but one of several songs Timberlake recorded for the upcoming animated film "Trolls."
The music video features a number of Hollywood celebrities dancing to the beat including James Corden, Gwen Stefani, Anna Kendrick, Kunal Nayyar, Ronald Funches and music duo Icona Pop. The popular celebrities are but a few of Timberlake's fellow co-stars in the upcoming animated movie "Trolls."
Timberlake lent his voice to the animated character named Branch for the DreamWorks Animation film. He is also expected to write and perform new songs for the upcoming movie.
Timberlake has always envisioned bringing the two worlds of film and music together in one epic event, according to a press release as cited by E! Online. The singer shares that both the film and the music will be very special, as he cannot wait for everyone to experience it all.
Timberlake has been teasing the new single for months on his social media account, according to Time. After teasing the track on Instagram yesterday, the singer released the full version of the song today.
A few weeks ago, the "Friends with Benefits" star posed a picture of him with producer and singer Pharrell Williams in the studio together. Timberlake and Williams are known to be huge collaborators producing hit songs such as "Rock Your Body", "Like I Love You" and "Senorita."
It has been three long years since the singer released a new song since his last album, "20/20 Experience", was released in 2013. The album came after Justin announced that he would be taking a break from music to focus on his acting career. The "Sexy Back" hit-maker starred in movies such as "Friends with Benefits", "The Social Network", "In Time", "Runner Runner" and "Inside Llewyn Davis."
In addition, Timberlake has been taking some time off from the spotlight since the birth of his son, Silas with wife Jessica Biel. The two were married in October 2012 while Biel gave birth to Silas in April 2015.
The track is currently available on iTunes and Spotify. Listen and watch to Justin Timberlake's infectious new song, "Can't Stop the Feeling" below:
