Actress Tiffani Thiessen is a proud breastfeeding mom, but she is not too keen on breastfeeding in public. The previous "Saved By The Bell" actress also explains that breastfeeding did not help her lose weight.
Thiessen explains that she usually breastfeeds her son in the restroom by sitting on a toilet. The actress says that she feels conservative when feeding her child, as she is not the person who likes whipping up her boob to show everybody her breasts.
Thiessen said she thinks that women should be able to breastfeed their children regardless of the place. The "Dinner at Tiffani's" host is still nursing her 9-month-old son.
Thiessen also explains that she knows how to cover her breasts the right way when breastfeeding in public. "At the same time, I don't judge women... who sit at a dinner table and do it... It's just not me."
Thiessen also adds that the largely popular notion that breastfeeding leads to weight loss is not true for her. The actress explains that breastfeeding never made her skinny according to Us Magazine.
The actress revealed that she has no plans starving herself because it is not good for her child. Her goal is to make sure that her son is getting all the nutrition he needs.
The former "90210" star said she has more important things to do than worrying about her pre-pregnancy weight. While she has dropped all the baby weight, she tries not to stress herself as long as she eats healthy.
In an exclusive interview on the SiriusXM radio show "Wake Up! With Taylor" in February, Thiessen joked that it's been nearly six years since her husband, Brady Smith last touched her boobs. The 42-year-old host said she felt bad for her husband and fellow actor who she married in 2005.
The actress cracked that her boobs would probably be her husband's again when they're all tightened up and fixed after nursing two children. Aside from a 9-month old son named Holt, Tiffani and Brady share a 5-year-old daughter named Harper. On her Instagram account, the star shares snippet of her family life.
Thiessen is currently busy hosting her cooking show "Dinner at Tiffani's" which airs Wednesdays on the Cooking Channel. Recently, news broke out that former "Saved by the Bell" co-star and on-screen love interest Mark-Paul Gosselaar will be joining her for Season 2 on the show, according to Huffington Post.
