Nicole Scherzinger, former Pussycat Dolls member, has said "yes" to Formula One racing champion Lewis Hamilton.
Hamilton has proposed to Scherzinger at least three times in the past, with his efforts finally paying off, according to the International Business Times.
"Lewis is doing his best to keep the news under wraps but he is absolutely delighted," a source said. "He got down on one knee and Nicole finally accepted. The plan is they are going to live together in Switzerland and travel together when Lewis is racing. Of course, this means her career will have to take a back seat for a while but she is ready to support him on the track."
The source added that the couple may have a big summer wedding this coming August when Lewis has a three-week break from his racing schedule.
Scherzinger and Hamilton first met five years ago and have been in an on-and-off relationship throughout ever since. In July, the couple called their relationship off permanently and Scherzinger expressed that she was "an emotional wreck" after the breakup.
At the time, Scherzinger said she wasn't dating anyone, saying that one should be happy with herself first before she can be happy with anyone else.
Just a month later, the two were once again spotted together when the 29-year-old Hamilton was spotted in a parking lot of the hotel where the singer was staying.
Meanwhile, Scherzinger couldn't help but feel proud after Hamilton took the pole position during a qualifying race in Melbourne. She tweeted: "Congratulations @LewisHamilton so proud of u 4 taking pole position! First race of the season! @f1 #AustralianGP Race your heart out babe! Xo."
