Paris Hilton is being dubbed the new Marilyn Monroe and "The Simple Life" star's fans will see this evidenced when Paris Hilton releases the new documentary of her life.
New York Daily News reports that the new Paris Hilton documentary will, specifically, focus on her as a celebrity. The documentary will feature the impact and influence Paris Hilton effected on women as a media icon.
According to The Guardian, the documentary, which Paris Hilton is producing herself, is being marketed to buyers at the Cannes Festival. Although Paris Hilton has already done several reality TV series, which exposed much about the "House Of Wax" actress, more is reportedly still to be known about her.

The Hollywood Reporter says the documentary directors Don Argott and Sheena Joyce are excited to work on the 9.14 Pictures and XYZ Films project. Argott and Joyce reportedly see similarities between Paris Hilton and Marilyn Monroe.
"Paris Hilton is a modern day-Marilyn Monroe—beautiful, iconized, world famous, shaped by mass media and misunderstood," the directors said. "We are thrilled to work with Paris to explore her complicated relationship with the public, the press and the politics that shape or perception of a modern celebrity."
Whether or not the Marilyn Monroe comparison is justified, Paris Hilton is almost a guaranteed sales draw if nothing else. The Guardian reports that Paris Hilton also recently signed with Lil Wayne's music label for her second album.
Paris Hilton released her first album in 2006. "Paris" gave Hilton a global sales of 600,000 units. Following this, Paris Hilton became a celebrity DJ in 2014. Paris Hilton proved a popular DJ and gets as much as $1 million per appearance.
The new Marilyn Monroe inspired documentary on Paris Hilton is yet to be given a title. Paris Hilton released her first documentary in 2009 called "Paris, Not France."
