"The Blacklist" Season 3 episode 23 titled "Alexander Kirk: Conclusion," which will air on May 19, will see Kirk captured and jailed, reports Inquisitr. According to the publication, there is also the possibility that Kirk will get killed in the upcoming episode.
The publication notes that when an episode of "The Blacklist" is split into two parts, there always appears to be a death of a certain character. In the two-part episode titled "The Director," that particular character was completely eliminated from the show.
However, "The Blacklist" Season 3 has done the same in the episode titled "Solomon." The character named after the episode survived and still appeared in the latest episode of the show.
This leaves fans with two possibilities - either Alexander Kirk will survive "The Blacklist" Season 3 and may star in the spin-off series titled "The Blacklist: Redemption" or his character dies. There are also speculations as to whether or not Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone) is still alive.
According to the publication, if Liz is still alive in "The Blacklist," there is a possibility of seeing Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) in the original series despite his role in the spinoff. Executive producer Jon Bokenkamp also told EW that the major twist will set the stage for Tom to move to the spin-off.
It still remains to be seen, however, whether Tom will take Scottie's offer to join her team in "The Blacklist" spin-off.
"Tom has a child now, he's trying to go clean, he's trying to reboot his life," explained Bokenkamp.
