Moviegoers eager to see the first teaser to "Beauty And The Beast" with Emma Watson and Dan Stevens might finally get their wish. It appears that Disney is prepping up its release, which will likely debut in the theater run of "Alice Through The Looking Glass."
The "Beauty And The Beast" trailer with Emma Watson is reportedly going to run at a minute and 27 seconds based on the log from the Alberta Film Ratings board in Canada. Hypable suggests that given the timing of securing the rating, the "Beauty And The Beast" teaser might likely run during "Alice Through The Looking Glass" starring Mia Wasikowska, Johnny Depp and Anne Hathaway. The "Alice In Wonderland" sequel is set to debut in theaters on May 27, 2016.
At this point, eagerness for the film is growing especially since Disney has yet to release any promotional materials for "Beauty And The Beast" starring Emma Watson. The live action adaptation of the 1991 animated movie has a March 2017 theater date.
Meanwhile, one of the stars of "Beauty And The Beast" said that fans of the animation will surely be loving what Disney has done to the live action treatment. "I saw a rough cut of it months ago, and I wanted to get up on my feet and applaud during sequences," said Josh Gad, who plays La Fou, Gaston's sidekick, in "Beauty And The Beast" via IGN. "It's just stunning, and I'm so excited and proud to be a part of it."
Josh Gad also dished that their version of "Beauty And The Beast" will have a few tweaks and will deviate from the animated story. Director Bill Condon and his creative team have apparently given the film "new life, new wrinkles and new dimensions." The actor warns that viewers that they will be "blown away" by it.
