Reports have it that Apple has already filed a patent to United States Parent and Trademark Office for this soon-to-be released feature in the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016. The new technology that could be used in the forthcoming Apple laptop was described as "force-sensitive input structure for an electronic device."

According to rumors, the keyboard of the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 bears a resemblance to a clean slate and it will sense the pressure of the user's fingers and construe it as the apposite gesticulation. In other words, the MacBook Pro 2016 users should expect to feel like they are really hitting some physical keys despite not actually doing so.

Additionally, there will be some micro-perforations to guide MacBook Pro 2016 users to the proper locations of the input entities in the keyboard. Also, users will know where to hit the keyboard as light will be emanated from these holes.
