Singer Adele Gave Fan With Autism The Spotlight

Emily Tammam is a 12 year old girl who has autism, ADHD and Ehler's Danos Syndrome type 3, a condition that could leave an affected person win pain and limb weakness. She got the time of her life when she was invited by her favorite artist Adele onstage to sing with her at a Mancheser Arena, England concert.

When Emily went there with her dad their seating location was somewhat near the stage. She also had a sign that says, "It's my dream to sing with Adele."

During the concert Adele had already sang most of her song when she saw Emily and her sign. She called her up on stage and she was happy to obliged, and sang one of Adele's popular song "Someone Like You," right in from of about 20,000 audience.

As reported by Today.com, when Emily's dad saw her come up to the stage to be with Adele, he thought, "Oh my God!" what added to her happiness is that she was able to sing with Adele, "Emily went up quite happily, she loves singing. She sings every day of her life."

According to Adele's father, Adele doesn't have to do what she did but he was grateful to Adele for the gesture. Emily had her own chance to shine.

As for Emily, this just goes to show that people with disabilities can do mainstream things as simple as singing. This goes to show that people who are affected by a neurotypical disorder such as autism should not be defined by that label. These young and old individuals can actually do more than their condition allows.

The Autism Site, has a lot of information regarding research about the autism condition. Some persons with autism have even amazing talents and mental capacity that could change the world.

For young Emily Tammam, it could be one singing at a time. Here is a short clip of it.
