Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres admires wife Portia de Rossi by saying that she's the prettiest fish in the ocean. "Finding Dory" is set to be a huge hit this summer.
"She's the prettiest fish in the ocean - whatever that would be," DeGeneres said in an interview with ET. "She's the prettiest angelfish you've ever seen."
The pair celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary in August 2015 slamming rumors that she and de Rossi were calling it quits. The couple tied the knot in 2008 after dating for four years.
The popular talk show host returns to the big screen as the voice of Dory in the movie "Finding Dory." The movie is a sequel to the 2003 animated smash hit "Finding Nemo," according to Yahoo News.
DeGeneres said that she would lend her voice to the friendly-but-forgetful blue tang fish character as long as she can, according to Variety. The 58-year old actress revealed that she is open to doing more sequels in the ocean.
"Finding Dory" is set a year after the events of "Finding Nemo" where Dory is happily living in the reef with returning characters Marlin and Nemo. However, Dory suddenly remembers that she has a family who might be looking for her.
The lovable characters then take off to an adventure across the vast ocean to look for Dory's family. They swim into some of the most adorable characters and end up at California's famous Marine Life Institute.
On June 8, star sAlbert Brooks, Ed O'Neill, Ty Burrell, Eugene Levy and Kaitlin Olson walked alongside DeGeneres on the blue carpet for the world premiere of "Finding Dory." Attendees packed the El Capital Theater in Hollywood to screen the highly anticipated film.
The Disney-Pixar movie is projected to make $125 million on its opening weekend alone, making it one of the very few movie follow-ups to surpass its predecessor. "Finding Nemo" garnered $70.3 million on its opening weekend back in 2003.
